Here are some frequently asked questions from our users and a couple of questions that we think you would ask
Why I can't see my opponent room?
Make sure both of you are connected to the same wifi network. DartsAR can only see gaming rooms created on the same wifi network.
Why do darts are shaking during the gameplay?
This can happens due to a couple of reasons. Make sure your dartboard is properly recognized and tracked. Maybe you are trying on an unsupported dartboard. So the AR camera can't track it properly
How to avoid poor tracking?
Make sure your gaming environment is properly lighted. Romm should have sufficient ambient lights for the camera to detect and track dartboard. If you are using a printable material on screen, make sure it is maximized and the display has proper brightness and contrast settings. If you are using a printed marker, make sure it is mounted on a flat surface without any wrinkles. When you printing a marker do not change it's aspect ratios, print it as it is and use high contrast printing modes.
How do I know my dartboard is recognized and being tracked properly?
There are a couple of things you can easily notice. First of all, make sure the wooden plate with dartboard name written on it exactly appears on top of the dart board. If it is on a side or in different angle around the board, then your board is not being tracked properly. Refocus the camera until you get into correct position. Even if the nameplate appears in the correct position and you are seeing some jitter that also means not tracked properly. Maybe you are using an unsupported dartboard

dartsAR requires android 4.1 or higher, iOS 9.0 or higher
